I am glad to hear this.

I still clearly remember taking a break from work in '94 or '95 or '96, picking up the Wed. LA Times (food section day) and reading for the first time about the real, Japanese, Iron Chef show. I was entranced, giddy even, and couldn't wait to see it. It did not disappoint. (wow, Food tv didn't pick it up til '99.)

US Iron Chef can't compare, but I watch it.
Resistance isn't about damaging the country, but protecting it.
