MOJO!

Anybody familiar with Badia brand Mojo marinade? My sister says it is good stuff so I bought a bottle and it seems to have everything from citrus to kingdom come built in. Wondering if anyone has used it. Pork chops seem obvious but I am wondering what it would do to beef. Don't want to mess up a piece of meat to find out.

I have purchased & used many Badia dry products (chili powder, cumin) & found them fine as well as very affordable. I've never seen the marinade you speak of, but would think it's just fine.

Me too, of course. ;-)
