Well, I ran 9 mi. in roughly an hour and 20min.
I'm happy but a little beat! :wink:

If added up all the running I've done in my entire life it wouldn't be anywhere near 9 miles. And it probably took me a total 2 months. :lol:

Today=3mi.EZ.
Each Sat. I'm supposed to go up a mile until race day May 2.
Starting Mon.=rest Tue.=4mi. wed.=weights thurs.=3mi. Fri.=rest Sat=10mi.
Sun.=3mi.EZ.

Thanks to the deluge, I ran my 4mi. on a treadmill at the gym.
In 30min 42 sec. 8)

Yesterday I was "supposed to run 11mi."
I ran 10. :|
The wind was brutal, I was under dressed, too optimistic :wink: and FREEZING!!!
So today I'm goin on a day hike with a good friend.
A warmer day, and I'm bringing an extra shirt!

On the ay it will be eaier because the rest of the runners pull you along. Just don't go too fast which was my mistake when I did my Marathon. Good luck Todd.
