is that after week one's workouts? or did you start on week three since you blew the initial test out of the water?

Doing week 4 but they're intermittent workouts.
Remember I've been doing the "Insanity" video's three times a week. :wink:

i never thought of breaking up the insanity program...there's no way i could handle that right now, with these three workouts, AND phase one of south beach, all while living off intermittent naps with the new baby...sheesh!

so, todd, what's your workout schedule? do you just go down, and pump out what you can on the weekends for a max, or are you on a specific week in the "program"?

52 is bad@$$, man. i'm gonna go look up my last effort to see what my max ever ended up being.

In a "perfect week" I do the insanity program mon, wed, sat.
tues, fri, three sets of max push-ups followed by three sets at 50%.
This will all go to hell next week.
