Hugs, All...

I think some of my replies might not be accepted...I'm a vegetarian, close to being a vegan, I do all the cooking in this household, though!

Are you married/single? Single

What do you do to earn you a living? Musician (yup, some of us do earn $$), caregiver, volunteer and?

What's you favorite movie? So many, so little time……geez, I haven't been to a movie in way too long...

Do you garden? Of course - organically.

If so, do you compost? You mean you don't?

How many snow globes do you own? I'm sure I have a couple, somewhere in the basement, just don't ask me where they are.

Do you own a thigh master? Nope - I'm the master of my own thighs, thank you.

Dogs or Cats? Both, plus birds. And a mom.

What is the last CD you bought? John McCutcheon.

How many cookbooks do you own? I think around 300-400.

What's your favorite one? Hollyhocks and Radishes.

Last tool you purchased for your kitchen? A cast iron small frying pan.

How long have you been watching GE? Oh, about 10 years

What’s your favorite episode? Dr. Strangeloaf and Give Peas a Chance

Favorite and least favorite AB recipes? The Pea burger is the fave. Anything with meat just, well… curls my toes..

Cookies: Flat, Chewy, or Puffy? Chewy..but made in a vegan way.

Brine or no brine? Brining only for Mom…

Is stuffing evil? Heck no! you ought to try a few of mine!

Texas: never been or dying to go? There's a heck of a folk festival down there I may try one of these years.

What do you consider BBQ/Barbeque? Ahhhhhhh….thawed frozen tofu…my own special sauce…that's a good BBQ!

Gas or charcoal? Charcoal, of course..but only if there''s no wood…

Chile or chili? Or chilly? LOL

Do you put beans in your chili? Yup….just no meat.

What do you like to cook? Oh, lord, where does the list begin? I love my Thanksgiving feast - specially prepared Tofurkey, any one of 3 different stuffings..my own cranberry sauce, and so much more!

Do you save your rendered bacon fat? Nope…gave up bacon over 20 years ago.

What is your libation preference (brand, too)? Water (Oh, I know, boring…)

What's your favorite beer? Alcohol is a nono for me…

Red or green Tabasco? Red…with lots of hot calming foods

Cornbread: sugar or no? wouldn't you like to know…

What is your favorite cheese? The ones I make, of course, from things like soy milk, or almond milk or oats…

Butter or Margarine? Soy margarine

Do you like PIE or cake? Both, made in the vegan way.

Bread: bake it or buy it? Mix, knead, bake it, of course.

What is the number one food that gives you the willies? Any kind of Meat!

I really wish AB would do a show on "Oh, no - a vegan's coming to dinner!" Disdain would be welcome..just to give others an idea that a tired salad or icky steamed veggies are not appetizing for us!

Blessings... luv, Jess
