Hi. I've been watching Alton for years and just stumbled upon this site searching for "ask Alton a question." I've been looking for a homemade dijon mustard recipe and cannot find one that has got good reviews. Is there some way to search for a recipe for this by Alton? I tried food network already. And I'd like to tell Alton that I just looooooooooooooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeee his shows!

I do believe he did make a mustard in the pretzel episode. It wasn't Dijon mustard though. Here's a link to that recipe:
