FOr lack of a better name. This was the sauce for spaghetti last night, but I think it works better as a standalone dish...

2# Sweet Italian Sausage out of the casings
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 small onion - minced
3 15oz cans diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can white beans
Balsamic Vinegar

Sautee garlic and onion, in frying pan add in sausage and brown. Add to 5 qt pot. with 2 cans of tomatoes & rinsed beans
Deglaze pan with 1 can of tomatoes and balsamic vinegar and reduce until liquid is thick and syrupy add to crockpot. simmer for 15 mins

Had other plans for the meal, but I think it's better this way.
