New member-searching for Alton's curry recipe

Postby sandih » Fri Jun 04, 2010 5:54 pm

I have looked everywhere for the recipe Alton used on a repeat show the other day. I though it was the show about spices, but I looked at the vegetable curry recipe from that episode and it was not it. He toasted the spices to make the curry powder but also used tomatoes and coconut milk in it. I do not recall if he used chicken. Can anyone help me find it?

Many thanks,

Sandi
