Alton discusses buying the right grill and using the right fuel for cooking on the grill. there is also the tasty "Silence of the Leg of Lamb" recipe.

I recently read a disturbing story by a fellow grill-seeker. He was lucky enough to meet AB at a book signing, and he asked about the grill featured on the episode, because he was in the market for a new one. As it turns out, AB said he was not happy with the grill he got (a Bar-B-Chef model from Barbeques Galore) and that he would not recommend it! It seemed like a quality product, and I was actually considering buying it before I read the story. Unfortunately, there were no details about why AB did not like the grill. I would love to know if AB has found a (char coal) grill that he likes better. Anyone have any ideas?
